The NT-1228BL wireless Bluetooth 2D barcode scanner is a versatile and powerful device specifically designed for mobile payments, retail, and inventory management. With an optical resolution of 600 x 600 pixels and a CMOS scan module, it captures both 1D and 2D barcodes quickly and reliably – at a scan speed of up to 100 scans per second.

This scanner supports reading barcodes on paper or directly from the screen, making it ideal for use with laptops, tablets, smartphones, and POS systems. It connects wirelessly via Bluetooth or via a standard USB cable. Bluetooth pairing is simple and intuitive, while USB operation is a plug-and-play solution requiring no driver installation.

With integrated flash memory, the scanner can store up to 2000 Code128 barcodes, which is particularly useful for mobile applications without a permanent internet connection. The scanner uses an English keyboard layout by default and supports both HID and SPP modes (for Android devices).

Please note that some barcode types, such as Maxi-Code or Interleaved 2 of 5, are disabled by default and must be activated via programming before use. Furthermore, the scanner is less suitable for very long 1D barcodes (over 6 cm in length). Laser or CCD scanners are recommended for such applications.

Important instructions

1. Some barcode types need to be programmed before use.

2. This scanner is less suitable for long 1D barcodes (over 6 cm).

3. The scanner currently does not have programmable function prefixes or suffixes.

4. The scanner cannot read barcodes when the battery is low; please charge for 2-3 hours before use.

5. Automotive QR codes are only supported with a white background.
